Order Status

How do I check my order status?

Click here to log in to your account. Once you are logged in, you will be able to navigate to your order and check the status there.

If you are canceling your order, please contact your account manager immediately by calling our toll free number: 1-800-983-1315. For some orders that have already shipped, it may be too late to cancel an order.

What if I am missing an item from my shipment?

If you are ordering parts from different manufacturers, they will arrive separately and often times on different days. Log in to your account to check your order and compare to the quantities received. If there is still something wrong, give us a call at 1-800-983-1315, email info@shineretrofits.com, or reach out using the chat function in the bottom left of our website.
